PLATE & STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATIONS

EMI is experienced in heavy plate and structural steel fabs.  Our fabricators have dozens of years of experience in all types of special machinery and structural fabrications including:  Stairways,  Platforms and balconies.

WELDING CERTIFICATION

EMI has an in house AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)  Experienced in D1.1, D1.2, D14.1, API 1104 and many other Aircraft related codes.  EMI also has in house ASNT level II inspectors certified in Liquid Pennetrant and Mag Particle inspection.  These organizations and EMI hold the highest integrity and ethics in the industry to ensure your jobs will meet all specifications requested.  You can trust EMI with your class I , II or III work! 

MACHINING SERVICES

EMI offers complete fabrication and machine services from small machining details and small boring mill jobs, to large machining jobs with capabilities of 120” x 240” up to 144” x  672” and 156” Blanchard grinding.
